ЗАСГИЙН ГАЗРЫН ДЭМЖЛЭГТЭЙГЭЭР ШАХМАЛ ТҮЛШИЙГ НҮҮРСНЭЭС ИЛҮҮГҮЙ ҮНЭЭР ХУДАЛДААЛНА
Улаанбаатар хотод түүхий нүүрс оруулахыг хориглосон шийдвэртэй холбоотойгоор шахмал түлш үйлдвэрлэгчид консорциум буюу “нэгдэл” байгуулжээ.
Консорциумд багтсан 12 компани энэ жилдээ 80 мянган тонн шахмал түлш үйлдвэрлэхээр болсон байна. Нийслэлийн гэр хорооллын оршин суугчид жилд 1.1 сая тонн шахмал түлш хэрэглэдэг гэж Нийслэлийн Засаг даргын тамгын газраас мэдээллээ. Харин түүхий нүүрсийг шахмал түлшээр солиход жилд 600-800 мянган тонн шахмал түлш шаардлагатай аж.

Шахмал түлш үйлдвэрлэгч 12 компанийн гарц, үйлдвэрлэлийн хүчин чадлыг бодлогоор дэмжиж нэмэгдүүлэх боломжтойг “Монголын шахмал түлш үйлдвэрлэгчдийн нэгдэл” онцоллоо. Мөн тонн тутамд нь Засгийн газраас 50 мянган төгрөгийн татаас өгөхөөр болсон нь шахмал түлшний хэрэглэгчдэд хүрэх үнийг 150 мянган төгрөг буюу түүхий нүүрсний үнээс ихгүй байх боломжийг бүрдүүлсэн гэж түлш үйлдвэрлэгчид онцолж байна. Улаанбаатар хотын гэр хорооллын иргэд түлшний хэрэглээний 20 орчим хувийг хэрэглэдэг ч агаарын бохирдлын 80 хувийг бий болгож байгаа ажээ. Харин 10 хувийг тээврийн хэрэгсэл, зургаан хувийг Дулааны цахилгаан станцын утаа эзэлж байна.
Шахмал түлш нь агаарын бохирдлыг бууруулах ойрын хугацааны шийдэл бөгөөд харин цаашид гэр хорооллын иргэдийг дулааны алдагдалгүй байшин, орон сууцны санхүүжилтийн шийдлийг эрэлхийлэх хэрэгтэй болохыг “Coal Mongolia” чуулганд оролцогчид онцоллоо.
