Webinar Comparing Analytical Data
The Importance of Geochemical Resolution for Exploration – An Ionic Leach Approach
by Russell Birrell
ALS GEOCHEMISTRY WEBINAR
Following on from the previous Ionic Leach webinar, this webinar compares some analytical methods, including Ionic Leach, to assess the geochemical resolution they deliver. Geologists have a range of analytical methods, capable of delivering data for numerous and varying tasks. For explorationists, geochemical resolution or contrast is governed by signal to noise or anomaly to background ratio values. The higher the resolution, the more valuable the technique’s data for identifying potential deposits / drill targets within mineral systems.
